Custom fences and gates
Privacy, horizontal board, shadowbox, split rail and ranch fencing, with gates framed to hang straight and close the way they should.
Fencing and gates, done the carpenter's way.
A fence is a straight line that has to look right from every angle: from the street, from your back door and from the neighbor's yard. That starts with the layout. Posts go in on a string line, boards are run level or stepped with the grade on purpose, and gates are framed and braced so they swing clear and latch without a fight.
Coastline Innovations builds fences the way a carpenter builds anything: measured, square and finished cleanly at the ends, corners and gates, where most fences show their shortcuts.
Styles we build
Before a fence goes up
- Property lines: a recent survey makes the layout simple and avoids disputes later.
- HOA rules: many communities limit height, style and color, and want plans approved first.
- Permits: many Florida cities and counties require a fence permit. Check with yours early.
- Underground lines: utility locates are marked before any post holes are dug.
- Gates: where you walk, mow and drive today decides where gates belong and how wide they need to be.
- Wood, PVC or aluminum: wood offers the warmest look; PVC and aluminum trade some of that warmth for less upkeep.

Questions
Fencing and gates FAQ
How long does an estimate take?
Send a few details and photos through the estimate form, or call Brad. He will follow up to talk through the project and arrange a look at the property if it needs one.
Can you match an existing fence?
Often, yes. Send photos of the fence you have and the section you need. Board size, spacing and cap details can usually be matched.
Do you build gates for driveways?
Yes. Wide double gates need more framing and bracing than a walk gate, and the posts that carry them matter most. Tell us the opening width in the estimate form.
Which fence lasts best in Florida sun and rain?
Each material ages differently. Pressure-treated pine is strong and affordable but benefits from sealing; PVC and aluminum need little upkeep. The right answer depends on the look you want and how much maintenance you want to do.
